Very competent employees!

Liked the hotel, it was comfortable with handy and convenient location in an area of numerous hotels. Location near South Bend, and restaurants. Fine stay, as always.

Convenient Location! 📍This place is perfectly situated near South Bend-Elkhart and a Martin's grocery store. The pool is awesome, and the staff is super competent.

Had a really comfortable, home like fee to it. The staff was very friendly.

Air conditioner was too loud.

The bed here is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with central heating, plus the room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven, and the food served for dinner and breakfast is good.

It has a Odor for one just run down Bad water pressure just wasn’t comfortable

The staff here are really good at their job and were able to accommodate my request for a queen room with a pullout sofa bed and the bedroom, and they even provided a functioning microwave and fridge.

Friendly and helpful staff, plus they offer free wake-up calls and ironing services. Also, got a room with a comfy pullout sofa bed. 😊

This hotel in the South Bend Elkhart area is a hidden gem! the prices are incredibly reasonable for the service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Thirdly, the attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with everything clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the location is perfect, right off the north Elkhart toll road and near Martin's grocery store.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision. Its location right off the toll road exit made it very easy for us to find it and get to where we needed to be. Being in an area of many hotels also meant that we had plenty of options for dining and shopping. the service was fantastic, and the room was very clean and spacious. the breakfast had hot choices available and was very satisfying. We especially enjoyed the waffles and the scrambled eggs with sausages, both of which were very good.

the water in the shower tended to alternate between hot and cold, making it tough to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Starting the New Year Right When we checked-in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. They also provided us with free complementary snacks and drinks, which were a pleasant surprise. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to explore the area. Our room was also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Not So Perfect Although the hotel had many positives, it was disappointing that the breakfast buffet was limited. There were not many options, and the absence of eggs and bacon was a letdown.

The room was spacious and had good amenities like a coffee maker and mini-fridge. The breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of hot and cold items. The convenient location near the interstate made it easy to get around.

The pool and hot tub were dirty, giving off a green hue, and the non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, I woke up with bug bites on my neck and body.
